Whether you are a new professional, changing careers or re-entering the workforce, we have resources to meet your individual career needs. We service alumni of all ages from recent graduates through retirees. WEBINAR SERIES – Define Your Dream Job – October 2, 9, 23, 30, 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. – The University of Colorado, Boulder Career Services and the Alumni Association has partnered with www.HallieCrawford.com to provide a special career coaching webinar program. This dynamic intensive coaching group combines the benefits of individual coaching with group support in a 4 session coaching intensive. In this program you will … Identify your career values, clarify your talents and skills and how they translate into the right job, determine your ideal work environment based on your personality type, and much more. This program will provide you with the foundation for and action steps required to identify your ideal career. Register here
Meet Buff Employers, October 8, 14, 22, 4 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. (Free) – Meet Buff Employers is a series of career events. Each event will focus on a different industry and will give you an opportunity to speak with organizations interested in hiring CU-Boulder students and alums. At 4 p.m., there will be an informal workshop to brush up on your networking skills, before the event begins at 4:30 p.m. Be prepared to hand over a resume or apply online for potential positions. Light refreshments will be served. Industries: Oct. 8th – Computers, Electronics, and Telecommunications, Oct. 14th – Help People & Go Green, Oct. 22nd – Go Global & Travel. Alumni Career Check-up, October 8, 14, 22, 4:00 – 6:30 p.m., Center for Community, S341 (Free) – Do you need a quick resume review? Do you have a job search question? Career counselors are on hand for free 20 minute appointments. You can attend the Career Check-up during any of the “Meet Buff Employers” events and meet with a career counselor.
